Shipping Information

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, with all original packaging and accessories
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Chair and garden furniture cushions
  • Treated products or products that have undergone special treatment (such as « Abris de jardin Traités »)
  • Assembled or partially assembled products
  • Custom or made-to-order products

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • For card payments, the credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

  • We will ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting your return
  • Shipping costs for the replacement product are covered by us
  • If the exchanged product has a different value, we will adjust the amount with a refund or additional payment

Defective Products or Our Errors
